Please submit a final menu selection four (4) weeks in advance to the Catering office. All food items must be supplied and prepared by Angelica’s. Any food prepared by Angelica’s may not be taken off the premises due to insurance and health code regulations.
All prices are subject to change. Under extreme market conditions some items may not be available. Prices may be confirmed ninety (90) days prior to the event.
A house fee of 20% will be added to all food and beverage items unless otherwise specified.
All prices unless otherwise noted are subject to a Massachusetts Meals Tax, currently at 6.25%.
The sale and service of Alcohol is strictly regulated by the Massachusetts Alcohol Beverage Commission. As a licensee, Angelica’s is responsible for the administration of these regulations. Our policy is, all alcoholic beverages must be supplied by Angelica’s. Angelica’s reserves the right to limit and control the amount of alcoholic beverages consumed by the guests. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed to leave the establishment. All beverage charges are subject to 6.25% meals tax and 20% House Charge. A bar set up charge of seventy dollars ($75.00) for non deluxe open bars will apply.
A guarantee of the exact number of guests for all functions is required ten days prior to the function. Final guarantee is not subject to reduction, however you may increase your number of guests after this time.
Weddings require a deposit of one thousand dollars ($1000.00). All other functions require a deposit according to the room booked. Any and all deposits are applied towards the final bill and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All functions must be paid three (3) business days prior to the event in the form of cash, money order or certified bank check
Angelica’s reserves the right to charge a service fee for set-up of function rooms with extraordinary requirements. Minimum requirements and room charges exist at certain times of the year. Please inquire of our Catering Department for specifics. Events under 40 people require a room charge of $75.00 if bar is included the fee is $100.00 for both.
In compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and establishment rules, client assumes full responsibility for any damages done to any part of the establishment premises. There is to be no confetti, rice, bird seed or any similar materials thrown on the premises.
Cakes not purchased through Angelica’s are subject to a cutting fee. Sixty Dollars ($60.00) for parties of 100 or less and Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) for parties of 101 or more guests. Sweet table not provided by Angelica’s is subject to a charge of $2.25 p.p which will include set-up, coffee, to go containers, and wait-service. Dinner and Lunch menus allow two entrée choices, add One Dollar ($1.00) for the third entrée choice. Wedding packages allow one entrée, for a second choice, a Three Dollar ($3.00p.p) charge will be added to the lower count entrée.
All displays and/or decorations proposed by guests must be approved in each specific instance. The establishment will not permit the affixing of anything to walls, doors, light fixtures or ceilings of any rooms with materials other than those supplied by the establishment. The establishment will not be responsible for any articles left after the event.
